Orders and arrangements must be made by phone or e-mail one week in advance at the reception.
Starter:
- grilled sheep cheese with cranberry sauce
Soup:
- sour rye soup served in a bread loaf
Main courses to choose from:
- roasted leg of lamb – offer available daily
- roasted piglet stuffed with meat / meat and barley about 12 kg – approx.30-40 servings
- baked ham approximately 8 kg – approx. 30 servings
- grilled salmon about 2, 5 kg – approx. 10 servings
- grilled maturing beef tenderloin about 1.6 kg – approx. 8 servings
Side dishes:
- roasted potatoes
- fried cabbage
- pickled cucumbers
Dessert:
- regional yeast cake with fruit and sweet crumbs
