Rules and conditions of buying and using vouchers – Hotel Dwór Karolówka***

1.BUYING VOUCHERS
1.1 The condition of purchasing a voucher is making the payment either at the Hotel’s reception or by a bank transfer to the account indicated by the Hotel; in the payment title please write the name of the package, name and the dates of stay.
1.2 After receiving the payment for the voucher, the Hotel sends to the buyer the original voucher specifying the services ordered, validity dates and bearing the signature of the Hotel’s manager.
1.3 The beneficiary of the voucher must present the original voucher to be entitled to the services.
2. EFFECTUATING THE VOUCHER
2.1 The voucher entitles the indicated person to exchange the voucher to the services purchased by the buyer/owner of the voucher and confirmed by the Hotel, as specified in 2.2.
2.2 The Hotel provides its services only after an earlier reservation of the date of stay and on condition of receiving a written confirmation by the Hotel.
2.3 The reservation of the Hotel’s services must be made on the phone: +48 18 201 13 17 / +48 728 864 485 or by e-mail: recepcja@karolowka.pl, or personally in the hotel. The reservation is effectuated after the beneficiary’s receiving an e-mail from the Hotel confirming the reservation.
2.4 The person indicated in the voucher must present the original voucher in order to receive the services.
2.5 The voucher is not a means of payment and cannot be exchanged into cash. The hotel does not give any change of the unused part of the voucher.
3. VALIDITY TERM
3.1. The voucher can be used on any date within 14 months from the issuing date, provided that reservation of the stay is previously made. Any changes in the arrival date are accepted up to 7 days before the booked date. If the stay is cancelled after this term, the hotel will charge the guest 30% of the previously-paid voucher sum.
3.2 The voucher must be used at one time, it is impossible to divide it.
4. FINAL PROVISIONS
4.1 The present rules are available at the Karolówka Hotel and on www.karolowka.pl website.
4.2 If the voucher is lost, the Hotel issues a duplicate and cancels the original voucher.
4.3 The present rules and conditions are considered to be accepted by the purchaser at the time of making the payment for the voucher.
