For this special night, we have prepared a unique menu with accents of regional cuisine of Podhale.

Aperitiff – red or white wine (glass)

Starters :

• Vegetable tart with a hint of garlic and parmesan cheese

Soup :

Main course:

Turkey breast stuffed with bacon and stewed vegetables in cheese sauce served with potatoes with rosemary and salad mix

Dessert:

• Sultana dessert with fruit

Cold plate on the table

• poultry tymbalics
• herring rollmops
• ham rolls in auspice
• a board of regional cheeses and cold cuts

Hot dish :

• Red borscht with oven-baked dumplings with cabbage and mushrooms or meat stuffing

Sweet buffet:

• Cakes, cookies and fruit bowls

Alcohols: New Year’s toast – a glass of champagne.

We provide a non-alcoholic toast for people under 18 years of age and other people who do not drink alcohol
